Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 11 August 2026

Simple summary: cancel at any time to stop future renewal. For an initial subscription purchase, request a refund within 14 days by emailing us.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel AgentCost Pro at any time through the client billing portal or by contacting support@avivar.io. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the period already paid.

2. Initial 14-day refund

You may request a refund of your first AgentCost Pro subscription payment within 14 calendar days after the subscription was concluded. Send the request from the email used at checkout and state that you wish to cancel and request a refund.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable once a new billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where we approve a refund because of a verified billing or service problem. You can cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

5. Service problems

If a material service failure prevents meaningful use of AgentCost, contact us with relevant dates and details. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a fix, credit, extension, partial refund, or full refund.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times vary. We will process valid consumer withdrawal refunds within the period required by applicable law.

7. Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Consumers in the European Union may generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract.

8. How to request

Email support@avivar.io with the subject “AgentCost refund request”. Include the checkout email and payment date, but never send full card details or secret API keys.
